Really getting to know you

Really getting to know you

Our process is designed around you

We'll help you to make informed decisions about your future. But first, we need to know what you want your future to look like.
Then, we'll take a look at where you are now and build a plan together that you're happy with.

Why we work this way

To help create your plan, we'll need to understand how you make decisions, what is important to you and what you want the future for your loved ones to look like. We are unable to provide you with advice if you do not provide us with the information we need.

It’s also important for you to understand what our advice is going to look at and for you to get a feel for the work we will undertake with you. The link will take you to a video produced by our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority. If you’ve got any questions about it then do let us know. Don’t forget, this is what advice in this area should be about, no matter which adviser is working with you.
